Mornings 10am–1pm, afternoons 2–5pm, always in Room 3.07. Wednesday stays free.
How to combine the courses
Each teaching week offers six blocks: the Open Studio on three mornings and the three afternoon formats. Every block counts on its own.

9 CP — two blocks
One Open Studio plus one further block of your choice.
18 CP — four blocks
Four blocks, freely combined. Three Open Studios plus the Reading Club is possible, as is two Open Studios plus Workshops and Reading Club, or any other arrangement.
The blocks do not have to fall on the same day — you can come to the studio in the morning and leave in the afternoon, or the other way round.
The Open Studio is part of every combination, because that is where your project lives. What you submit and how it is assessed is described on the Open Studio page.
One more thing: this choice determines what you receive credits for, not where you are allowed to be. I do not keep an attendance list, and you are welcome in every format, including those you are not enrolled in.
The rhythm
All courses run every other week. This is a deliberate decision: rather than seeing each other briefly every week, we see each other less often but for whole days. That leaves real time between sessions to work on your projects instead of jumping from meeting to meeting.
In the weeks in between I offer online office hours that you can book individually.

The four courses
Open Studio
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 10am–1pm
Project work, consultations and the three presentation rounds. Every session opens with Information Design in the Wild.
Information Design Workshops
Tuesday, 2–5pm
Five workshops on topics we choose together in the first session.
Intro to Information Design
Thursday, 2–5pm
One hour of lecture, then two hours working on a task together, with results presented at the end.
Reading Club
Friday, 2–5pm
Five texts, five sessions. We read and discuss them together.
